These terms apply to this website and to towing and roadside services provided by El Bebe Towing LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or requesting service, you agree to them.
This website
The information on this site is general. Services, coverage areas and availability can change, and nothing here is a binding price quote. The site's design, text and images belong to El Bebe Towing LLC or are used with permission.
Quotes and pricing
We give you a price by phone or text before we dispatch a truck. That price is based on what you tell us, including your location, destination, vehicle type and the vehicle's condition. If the situation is different when we arrive (for example, the vehicle needs a winch out or extra equipment, or the destination changes), we will tell you the new price before doing any extra work.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed, unless we agree otherwise in advance. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when you call.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel at no charge before a truck is dispatched. If you cancel after a truck is on the way, or if we arrive and the vehicle is gone or not accessible, a cancellation or dry-run fee may apply. We will tell you the amount when you request service. If we cannot complete the service because of a problem on our side, you will not be charged for that service. Refund requests for completed services are reviewed case by case; call us within 7 days of the service.
Your vehicle and belongings
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request service for it. Please remove valuables before we tow. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, or for existing damage, mechanical failures or conditions present before our service. We will point out visible damage before loading when possible.
Damage claims
We take care with every vehicle. If you believe your vehicle was damaged during our service, inspect it at delivery and tell us before the driver leaves, or call us within 24 hours. Reasonable claims will be handled in good faith and, where applicable, through our insurance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except for damage caused by our negligence. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here applies to services requested after the date shown above.

Cotizaciones y precios
Te damos el precio por teléfono o mensaje antes de enviar la grúa. Ese precio se basa en lo que nos dices: ubicación, destino, tipo de vehículo y su condición. Si al llegar la situación es diferente (por ejemplo, el vehículo necesita rescate con winche o equipo adicional, o cambia el destino), te diremos el nuevo precio antes de hacer cualquier trabajo extra.
Pago
El pago se realiza al completar el servicio, a menos que acordemos otra cosa por adelantado. Cuando llames te diremos qué formas de pago aceptamos.
Cancelaciones y reembolsos
Puedes cancelar sin costo antes de que salga la grúa. Si cancelas cuando la grúa ya va en camino, o si llegamos y el vehículo no está o no se puede acceder a él, puede aplicarse un cargo por cancelación o viaje en vano. Te diremos el monto cuando pidas el servicio. Si no podemos completar el servicio por un problema de nuestra parte, no se te cobrará ese servicio. Las solicitudes de reembolso por servicios completados se revisan caso por caso; llámanos dentro de los 7 días siguientes al servicio.
Tu vehículo y tus pertenencias
Confirmas que eres el dueño del vehículo o que tienes autorización para pedir el servicio. Retira tus objetos de valor antes del remolque. No somos responsables por objetos personales dejados en el vehículo, ni por daños, fallas mecánicas o condiciones existentes antes de nuestro servicio. Cuando sea posible, te señalaremos los daños visibles antes de cargarlo.
Reclamos por daños
Cuidamos cada vehículo. Si crees que tu vehículo sufrió daños durante el servicio, revísalo al recibirlo y avísanos antes de que el chofer se vaya, o llámanos dentro de las 24 horas. Los reclamos razonables se atenderán de buena fe y, cuando aplique, a través de nuestro seguro.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida que lo permita la ley, nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con un servicio se limita al monto que pagaste por ese servicio, excepto por daños causados por nuestra negligencia. No somos responsables por demoras causadas por tráfico, clima, cierres de vías u otros eventos fuera de nuestro control.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales del Condado de Miami-Dade, Florida.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La versión publicada aquí aplica a los servicios pedidos después de la fecha indicada arriba.
